Wallingford Public Library - early arrivals!

This weekend I was invited to share the History of Toilets class with the public at the Wallingford Public Library in Connecticut. For a class that started at 10am on a Saturday, I was thrilled to see that about about twenty people showed up! And the audience was very interested and enthusiastic, asking me questions and sharing stories about their quirky experiences with toilets.

We also had some more interesting questions about compost toilets, incinerating toilets, and questions about toilets in China! We also discussed the pros and cons of using poo bags for dogs and reusable diapers for children.
